3 cups chopped potatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions parsley, bouillon cube and seasonings. Mix well. Cover and let simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In separate bowl gradually combine milk and flour. Mix until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted and serve.
