1/2 cup butter 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup Ketchup 4 large garlic cloves, minced 2-3 teaspoons dry mustard (or a little lemon juice)
Combine ingredients. Add dry mustard or lemon juice until you get a tangy flavor. Heat to boiling. Brush on salmon fillet. Grill fillets flesh side down 2-4 minutes. Flip over to skin side, grill 10 minutes per inch thickness or until pink and flakey.
