2 c. sugar
c. cocoa
c. milk
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chocolate chips
coconut and nuts (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal (not old fashion)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, cocoa, milk and oleo to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add chocolate chips (some will melt, some won't)
Cool a minute or two
Add 2 tsp. vanilla
And nuts and coconut (optional), and oatmeal. Drop while hot by teaspoons on wax paper.

Nuts and coconut are optional. And remember not to use the Old Fashion Oatmeal, Quaker Oatmeal works great.
