1 1/2 lb Hamburger
Can Tomatoes whole or diced
1/2 med onion chopped
1 can kidney beans don't drain
1 can whole corn don't drain
1 can garbanzo beans don't drain
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1 t garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
frito's
grated cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburger and onion.and garlic. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, taco seasoning, tomato sauce. Cook for 30-45 min. To serve top with cheese, and frito's and sour cream if desired
