Ingredients:  
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 lbs - sirloin steak
- 1 - onion - sliced
- 1 - green pepper - sliced
- 2 - celery stalks - sliced
- 1 - can mushrooms

Sauce
- 1 can - tomato soup
- 1/2 can - vinegar
- 1/2 can - brown sugar
- 1 clove - garlic - minced
- 1/4 tsp - pepper
- 1 tsp - worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 can - water with 1 tsp cornstarch made into a slurry

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º F

- heat oil in frying pan, brown steak on both sides, along with onion, pepper, celery, mushrooms
- remove, and place in casserole
- combine sauce ingredients
- pour over steak
- bake for 20 minutes
- serve over rice or egg noodles
