1 Chicken
4 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1-1/2 c. Macaroni
1 can Mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese or enough to cover 9x13 casserole.

Directions:
Directions:
After chicken is cooked, chop into pieces. In chicken fat or butter, cook onion and green pepper. Cook macaroni in broth from chicken. Mix soup with chopped chicken, onion, and pepper. Alternate layers of chicken, macaroni, and slices of cheese. Bake till bubbly and cheese melts.
