Meatballs
- 2 lbs - ground beef - lean
- 1 lb - ground pork
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 3/4 cup - fine bread crumbs
- 1 - packet - onion soup mix
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tbsp - parsley
- 1 tsp - worchestershire sauce

Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 3/4 cup - vinegar
- 2- 3 tsp - dry mustard dissolved in 3/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp - cornstarch mix with 3 tbsp water for a slurry
* optional 1 tsp red pepper jelly, or hot sauce

Preheat oven 325º F

Meatballs
- mix all meatball ingredients together, form into small cocktail size meatballs
- place on wire rack in roaster or on top of cookie sheet
- bake for 20 minutes
- remove meatballs, place in casserole dish, set aside

Sauce
- combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan
- bring to a boil, allow to thicken
- pour sauce over meatballs, let sit 20 minutes to absorb sauce, then warm in oven for 15 minutes, serve
