Base
- 2 cups - all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup - butter
- 1/4 tsp - salt
- 1 tsp - baking powder
- 1 egg - beaten

Filling
- 4 cups - fresh rhubarb - chopped
- 1 1/2 cups - granulated sugar
- 2 eggs - beaten
- 1/2 cup - butter - melted
- 1/2 cup - all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 F

Base
- combine first 4 ingredients
- mix in egg
- reserve 3/4 cup of base for topping
- press remaining base into 8 x 10 pan

Filling
- combine all ingredients
- spread on top of base
- sprinkle reserved base on top
- bake for 45 - 60 minutes, till bubbly
- serve with ice cream, or whipping cream.
