- 1/3 cup - butter - melted
- 1/2 cup - liquid honey
- 1/4 cup - prepared mustard
- 4 tsp - garlic powder, or curry powder - your preference

- 6 - 8 - chicken thighs or breasts

Preheat oven 375 F

- pour butter into oven safe pan
- add other sauce ingredients, mix well
- roll chicken pieces in mixture
- bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes
- turn over bake another 15 minutes
