3 Avocados
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning mex
2 T mayonnaise
2 cans beam dip (plain or jalapeno)
3 med tomatoes peeled, seeded, chopped
7 oz can chopped pitted ripe olives
1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg bunch green onions, chopped
lg pkg tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocados in bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in a small bowl.
To assemble:
Spread bean dip on large serving platter (shallow)
Top with avocado mix, spread with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with tomatoes, onions then olives,. Cover with shredded cheese, Serve chilled or room temp with chips.
