½ Kg. de fresas
½ taza de azúcar
1 botella de vino blanco seco
1 cubeta de hielos
vino blanco adicional

Directions:
Se lavan las fresas; se les echa el azúcar y 1 botella de vino blanco. Se deja tapado por algunas horas.

A la hora de servir se le agrega 1 cubeta de hielos y la cantidad necesaria de vino blanco para que alcance para todas las copas.
