4 medium tomatoes
fresh mozzarella balls packed in water or oil
1/4 c. fresh basil
olive oil
balsalmic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes 1/4" thick slices; arrange on serving platter.
Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top each tomato slice.
Next top each with fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and platter.
Generously sprinkle balsamic vinegar over all.
Serve.
