4 Eggs
3 cups Sugar
3 T. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 cup Tart Cooking Apples
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very frothy (until a mass of bubbles appear). Add other ingredients in order. Mix Well. Pour into two(2) well buttered 8x12 baking pans. bake at 325º for about 45 minutes or until crusty and brown. Scoop onto a large plate keeping crust side up. Serve topped with Whipping Cream and sprinkle with Chopped Nuts.
