1 1/2 oz light rum
2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
11/2 to 3/4 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed for 30 to 40 seconds.
Serve in a tall, 12 oz glass. Garnish wih a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.
