1 1/2 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
2 oz Orange juice
1 1/2 oz light Rum
4 medium strawberries
1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Be sure to clean strawberries first.
Blend on high speed for about a minute.
Serve in a tall, 12 oz glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, with stem attached.
