1-1 1/2 lbs Pork Cutlets
1/2 stick Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can Beef Consume Soup
1 cup White Rice
1 diced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 475. Dice Pork Chops into a Baking Dish with the Butter. Season with Salt and Pepper. Bake Pork Chops Until Done. Add Balance of ingredients, stir well and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake without touching for 40-45 min. Serve.
