1-1/2 c. white flour
1-1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 T. cold butter
2 T. brown sugar
1-1/2 cup firm yogurt
2 eggs
optional -1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add eggs and yogurt. Dough will be sticky - more like a cookie batter. On lightly floured surface, form into 6 to 8 inch diameter small round mounds. Cut across into half, then fourths, then eights so that small triangular mini scones are formed. Bake at 400 degrees on lightly greased sheet for 8-10 minutes. Don't overcook.
