1/2 c. Red Wine
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1-2 gloves minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp fennel or anise (crushed slightly
with fingers)
3 T. Parmesan cheese
1 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer 5-10 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 1-2 pizzas. Spread sauce on pizza crust, top with cheese and/or your favorite toppings. Bake pizzas at 350º for approximately 25 min. or as directed by recipe.
