2 lbs Bologna
4 med. Whole Dill pickles
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise (not Salad Dressing)
4 Hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp Prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs and let cool. Grind bologna, cheese, pickles and eggs. Put in large mixing bowl. Add Mayonnaise and about 1 tbsp of mustard. Mix well with large 2 prong fork. If desired add minced onion, about 1 tbsp onions. Refrigerate.

Can use white meat of chicken for Chicken Salad
