5 pounds rump roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1-2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on foil. Pour soup over it and sprinkle with dry soup mix. DO NOT salt and pepper. Wrap foil tightly around roast. Place wrapped roast in a shallow roasting pan. Place in a 325 oven for 4-5 hours. Test for doneness with a fork. When done remove foil and release all liquid into a pan. Add thickening for gravy.
