1-1/2 - 2 pounds round steak
2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
1/4 cup shortening
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound stead thoroughly. Dip steak in milk and egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs. Brown in shortening, and season. Cover, and cook very slowly for 30 minutes or until done.
