1 c. sugar
2 yeast cakes (2 pkgs.dry yeast)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. mil
5 c. flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. When lukewarm, add yeast and let dissolve. Then add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, flour. Stir and beat the mixture until very smooth. Knead in the melted butter. Let rise until light. Then take a toe of dough and roll it about 8 inches in length. Then wind around and make a roll. Let rise 1/2 hour and bake in hot oven (375º) for approx.15 minutes.
