2 1/2 pounds cabbage (shredded)
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1 carrot (shredded)
1 green pepper (chopped) optional

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup - less 2 T. sugar
1 cup Miracle whip
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Mix dressing together and pour over. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour.
