1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen shrimp
1 T. butter or margarine
1&1/2 tsp curry powder
1&1/4 tsp salt1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
2 T. lime or lemon juice
1 cup dairy sour cream
3-4 California avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp as pagkage direcs, shell, devein. In sauepan melt butter with curry powder and salt; add chopped tomato and onion, cook until soft. Add lime juice, shrimp and sour creme; heat thoroughly. Cut avocados in halves, remove seeds and skin, and fill the centers with the hot curry. (Serve with buttered rice and chutney if desired.)
