1 california avocado for each 2 servings

Chilled fresh fruit: melon balls, grapes, pineapple, or your favorite berries in season

Lemon-honey dressing (see below)

Directions:
Cut avocados lengthwise into halves and remove seed. Bed halves on lettuce, fill centers with chilled fruit. Top with dressing of lemon juice and honey mixed in equal parts.
