3/4 lb. Beef or pork liver, sliced, deveined
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 pepper
1 medium onion sliced
3 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane from liver is necessary.
Coat liver slices with flour.
Brown liver on one side in hot oil in frypan.
Turn liver. Add salt and pepper. Top with onion slices. Add water and cover pan tightly.
Cook over low heat until liver is tender, about 25 minutes.
