Your favorite 8 x 8 pan of chocolate brownies

2 T milk (approximate)
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
green food color

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Make up your best 8x8 pan of brownies, cool.

Combine powdered sugar and butter with milk, a little at a time, till you get the good icing consistency. Add peppermint extract and enough green food color to make it pretty, not gross. Use this to ice your brownies.

Melt the unsweetened chocolate in the microwave at 20 second intervals, stirring in between till smooth. Careful! Then gently add the chocolate on top of iced brownies and carefully spread to the edges. Let cool until the chocolate hardens. Yum!!
