6 chicken breasts
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 lb of Cheddar cheese grated
1 16oz wide egg noodles

Sauce
1 c chicken fat or 2 sticks of butter.
2 c milk
2 c chicken broth
1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with 1/2 onion and 3 stalks of celery and 1 tsp poultry seasoning. Cool chicken and chop. Cook noodles and drain. Run cold water over them to prevent sticking together. To make the sauce, melt butter and add flour. Add milk, chicken broth and cheese until thick. Mill all ingredients in large bowl. Place in 9X13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
