4 Tablespoon butter
4 Tablespoon flour
12 oz Velveeta
2 cup milk
12 oz beer
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 lb Italian sausage browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, stir and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk, cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese - stir until melted, then add beer. Add spices and cooked sausage. Cook and stir until desired thickness. Serve over noodles
