12 med red potatoes with skins left on
8 oz sour cream with chives
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups grated cheddar and Colby cheese
1 Tablespoon butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and boil potatoes. Mash with electric mixer. Add butter, sour cream and cheese and mix well. Season with garlic/pepper and salt to taste. Place in greased casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with grated cheese or butter or paprika. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour at 350º uncovered. Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
