1 small (16 oz) can refried beans
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. sharp chedder cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together refried beans and taco seasoning and put in 7 inch pie quiche pan. Over top spread sour cream, then grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve with taco chips. (Fritos are good)

I had this the 1st time at friend, Shirley Horn's house in Tokyo. I usually double the recipe. It is also good spooned over the top of a taco salad.
