2 C. honey 2 gallons apple juice 2 gallons apple cider 4 C. brow sugar 2 bottles of Everclear liquor 16 cinnamon sticks 1 large orange with whole cloves stuck in it
Combine all ingredients except the Everclear. SImmer for 2 hours. Let cool completely then add the Everclear. Strain through a cheese cloth to remove all the sediment and to help prevent cloudiness. Bottle and seal. Let sit for at least 1 month before drinking.
