3 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 C. water
2 C. pumpkin
3 C. granulated sugar
pinch of salt

Mix the flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and salt
thoroughly. In a separate, large bowl mix together the remaining
ingredients (oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water). Slowly add the dry
mixture to the wet mixture stirring constantly. Bake at 350 for 1
hour in a greased and floured bread pan.
