12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 18 oz. jar peanut butter
1 16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup vanilla pudding ( dry from box; small pkg.)
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. maple flavoring

Melt together chips with peanut butter. Pat 1/2 mixture in jelly roll pan. Refrigerate. To the other 1/2 add nuts; set aside. Combine butter, pudding mix (dry) and milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Beat and spread on first layer. Cool in refrigerator. Spread remainder of chocolate peanut mixture on top. Keep in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
