1 medium head cabbage,shredded
1 tsp salt
1 grated carrot
1 diced mango (green pepper)
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp celery seed

Mix cabbage and salt and let stand 1 hour. Add and mix in carrot and mango.

Boil for 1 minute-vinegar, sugar, water, mustard and celery seed.
Let cool to warm and pour over cabbage mixture.
Then freeze.
