6 zucchini squash (sliced) or 3 zucchini and 1 egg plant cutup
1 pkg. stove top chicken flavored bread dressing
1 cube margarine
1 onion (diced)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash/egg plant with chopped onion until tender. Drain & mix with cup of sour cream & can of cream of chicken soup. Separately mix box of chicken dressing with melted cube of margarine. In layers, put dress then squash/egg plant mixture, repeat.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 min.
