1.5# Ground beef
5-7 med. potatoes, peel and dice
1 lg. onion, diced
2 lg. cans chopped tomatoes
1 can yellow corn, including liquid
1 can kidney beans, drain and rinse
Frozen shoepeg corn, green beans, petite lima beans
1 c. sliced carrots
(optional) frozen okra
1/2 t. ea: thyme, sage, oregano, rosemary, basil, marjoram
1 bay leaf (remove after cooking)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and rinse. In large soup pot, add 1/2 " water. Add tomatoes, veggies, seasonings and cooked meat. Simmer until veggies are done. Veggies can be changed or adjusted according to your families taste.
