2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2-inch halibut steaks
1-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Dissolve salt in milk; dip fish into milk, then into corm flakes. Pour butter over fish. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400º for 20 minutes.
