3# Ground Beef
1 med to lg onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (28 oz) cans chopped tomato
4 c. water
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
8 bullion cubes
2 cans Lt. Red Kidney beans
2T chili powder
2t. ground cumin
2t. oregano
2t. sugar

Brown ground beef with onion. Add to all remaining ingredients in large pot and simmer for several hours. Optional grated cheddar cheese garnish. Serve with corn chips.
