1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, (softened)
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) bar semisweet chocolate (melted)
1 cup chopped salted peanuts

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350F, lightly grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter & sugars. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda & salt. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture, mixing well.

Roll dough into 1-inch ball.
Place on prepared baking sheet, & bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Let cool on wire racks.
Drizzle with melted chocolate & sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
