1 3-1/2 oz box vanilla instant pudding
1 3-1/2 oz box chocolate instant pudding
cream 1 stick margarine
1 8oz brick cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
1 12oz container cool whip
20 oz pkg. oreos

combine pudding, creamed margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
Blend in milk slowly.
Fold in cool whip and crush oreos.
Layer in container starting with Oreos
