1 ring Kielbasa (or other sausage)
4 1/2c Minute Rice
1 bag Chopped Broccoli (or Broccoli cuts)
4c water
salt to taste
Cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 4c water in a dutch oven. Slice Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and add to water. Add bag of broccoli. Bring to a boil. Test for saltiness; add salt if necessary (remember, the rice will need some). Add rice; stir, cover and turn off heat. Let sit 5 minutes. Add butter and/or cheese if desired.
