3 cups milk
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
2 squares chocolate
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
single pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch, flour, salt and sugar in small amount of cold milk. Stir into heated remaining milk. Add two squares of chocolate. Beat three eggs add small amounts of heated mixture to eggs slowly to warm eggs. Add eggs to heated mixture. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla. Put in baked pie shell and top with meringue.
