4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) ctn. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Put in buttered casserole dish. In seperate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and lemon juice, spread over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and combine with poppy seeds and melted butter. Sprinkle over soup mixture ad bake at 350
