2 1/2 cups Wagon Wheel Pasta
12 oz Italian Sausage
3/4 cup chopped Green Onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
4 oz (1 cup) shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no pink remains. Remove from skillet. Drain off fat, reserving 1 tablespoon. Cook green onion and garlic in reserved drippings until tender. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine cooked pasta, sausage, onion and garlic, tomato and spaghetti sauce, half the cheese, the seasoning and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Bake covered in a 375º oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more or until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
