3/4 C. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 C. milk
2 egg yolks
3 Tblsp butter
prepared pie crust
2 egg whites
sugar for meringue
Directions:
Directions:
Bake crust.
Cook sugar, flour, cocoa,salt and egg yolks until thick,
stirring constantly. Add Butter. Pour into crust. Beat egg
whites for meringue. Top with meringue and brown in oven.
