1 box graham crackers (whole)
2 small pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups cold milk
9 oz. Cool whip

Frost with:
2 squares melted chocolate
2 tsp. Karo syrup
3 T. margarine
3 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Beat pudding with milk for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Line 9x13 pan with crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer or crackers. Pour remaining pudding over 2nd layer of crackers. Top with another layer of crackers. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
