1 yellow butter-cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can Mandarin oranges, undrained
Frosting:
9 ounce Cool Whip
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions:
Directions:
Beat ingredients for cake altogether for 5 minutes. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

For frosting, mix altogether carefully and top cake. Refrigerate.
