1 Lg. Block of Cream Cheese (Softened) 2 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated) 3 Dashes Garlic Powder 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 lb. Crabmeat (Fresh White, Canned, or Imitation) Mayo or Miracle Whip (enough for taste and spreading consistency) 1 Small Onion
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Best to cover and chill prior to serving. Serve with your favorite crackers, vegetables or heavy chips.
