1 cup white rice
1 can beef broth
1 can onion soup (Cambells)
3 ounce can drained mushrooms
1 stick margarine

Directions:

Mix together and bake in oven at 350 for one hour. Stir occasionally.

This dish can also be cooked in the microwave and it is just as good. Mix the ingredients together exactly the same. Cook on high for about 15 minutes. When you are getting near the 15 minutes, check to see if the rice is done.
